I visited surgery to make double appt for my husband. His blood tests results appear to have been mislaid, computers down again, when he asked about second condition was informed he needed another appt despite fact I had booked a double appt. doctor said book urgent appt but computers down!! He has been offered phone appt which is totally unacceptable and then told to phone tomorrow morning. It’s utter chaos. We have been with surgery since 1974 but cannot believe level of service now!! Please get booking system in place and listen to patients, this needs sorting.

After being with this surgery under Dr Mohile for 17 years we are transferring to another surgery. Since College Health have taken over the service has been dire. Every single repeat prescription I submit has been severely delayed and made up incorrectly. On two occasions I have been asked by the doctor to confirm details about the medication that they as a medical professional should know! There is only ever one locum doctor in attendance so where is the continuity? For nearly a year now, maybe longer, we as a family do not know who our named doctor is. Its such a shame because the surgery under Dr Mohile was run very well and the mass exodus of patients transferring to other surgeries is simply going to overload them.

This practice is unable to issue repeat prescriptions in a timely and complete manner. If you challenge them then you are told to go elsewhere. They have very little consideration for your health or wellbeing on the administrative level and a revolving door on a doctors level. one of the more constant doctors is cutting, harsh, appears uncaring and gives you the feeling that you are better off not talking to her. If you got the choice,, which you do not have in Chadwell St Mary then go far,far away from this practice. If you are stuck like me, please help in reviewing the practice too. The waiting room is FILTHY!

i am afraid as yet i can not see the benefits of the new practice. since DRS Mohile and LEI have left there are numerous failings from college health. one main problem is this ongoing problem with prescriptions you order your medication and DRS have not authorised all the medication so you then phone and get the missing medication a day or two late. which means back and forth to the chemist. The trust has gone now because you knew the previous DRS and they have been your DR for many years as was the old family DR that many of us had . trust i hope will be built up in time but we need DRS with a good bedside manner. DR predip i think his name was he attended my mother at her home and was professional and had a good bedside manar. we need DRS who want to be a family DR not people who are just using the practice as a stepping stone for something better.

I suffer from quite a few medical problems at the moment my pain is top of my list. Shame i couldnt say the same about doctors care. I requested some painkillers over internet last thursday today is 6 days later wednesday and am still waiting more medication. When prescribe morphine your supposed to continuiously take medication without running out or weened off slowly. Yet doctors now have let me wait 6 days so far comppletely without any meds whatssoever despite constant calls and fobbed off by receptionist. The surgery has totally gone to pot. Ive been a patient with this surgery for over 25 yrs Im not impressed with new people at all. Will be changing doctors asap!
